Kona International Airport Terminal

Enhancing Way-Finding and Efficiency at Kona Airport

To consolidate operations and improve passenger experience, KYA created a plan to streamline passenger and baggage security screening, enhance way-finding and improve overall functionality of the terminal. The construction consists of a security screening check point building, two concession and restroom buildings, and a building that provides a fully-automated inline baggage screening system.
