David has an extensive background in the private commercial sector, with projects ranging from shopping centers and retail spaces, offices, and educational buildings.

With over 40 years of professional experience, David provides strong leadership for our project teams and is a valuable mentor to our architects. He demonstrates the ability to conceptualize, present new perspectives, and synthesize information efficiently.  As Chief Strategy Officer, David takes the initiative in creating plans for growth opportunities, researching different technological advances, expanding into new markets, developing employee development, and fostering collaboration across the KYA Team.
