Rodney Kato is a 'straight shooter' that doesn't shy away from challenges and values being a part of a well-oiled, organized team. He has been an integral leader on the KYA team since 1978 and continues to uphold a high standard of excellence for himself and others. Rodney possesses a strong, independent nature and exemplifies the necessary power to get the job done. In his role as both partner and principal, Rodney's main focus is the coordination of projects and the retail market. Outside of work, he's a family man that enjoys spending time with his grandchildren.
