Kelli joined KYA in 2018 with a dual law and business degree. Initially hired as in-house legal counsel, she gradually applied her dual post-bachelor degree to oversee company finances and overall company operations.

As Chief Operating Officer of KYA, Kelli heads the company’s procedures and programs.  She works intimately with the Principal Architects to develop efficient systems for project maintenance, creates in-house protocols for accurate reporting and general standardization, analyzes projections and annual budgets, and creates programs for mentorship and strategic planning for the KYA Team.
