Bio

Since joining KYA in 2004, Richard has amassed extensive experience in federal, state, and county projects, as well as private sector work in aviation, educational, commercial, and retail projects. This diverse background has enabled him to head sectors while also contributing to any and all projects when needed.  He currently heads KYA’s City and County Sector, leading projects of all types from fire stations to animal shelters and park facilities.

As Principal at KYA, Richard is a vital member of our Executive Committee. He contributes to Management decisions on project pursuits, is a critical component to the firm’s projections, and is one of the key mentors of the younger staff.
